Our Story

We all have loved ones that are impossible to shop for, right? Mine are no different. So, I figured, why not spoil them with something we all love—food! I started by baking birthday cakes, but here's the thing: while I was trying make healthier choices, I realized those cakes were packed with stuff I wouldn’t touch on a normal day. Talk about a mismatch. 

Since I eat raw mixed nuts all the time, I started experimenting—doctoring them up with delicious, simple ingredients that felt indulgent but didn’t come with a side of guilt. What started as a personal mission turned into Pete’s Snack Shop. Because who says you can’t snack like a boss and still feel good about it?

As much as I love hosting friends, I’ve been guilty of scrolling Pinterest and getting way too ambitious. All those "big ideas" left me rushing around last minute and barely enjoying my own parties! That’s why our snacks are ready-to-serve, so you can spend more time hanging out with your friends and less time stressing over setup. Trust me, I know the feeling.

Now, from personalized gift boxes and party favors to snacks you can stash for yourself, everything we make is hand-crafted right here in St. Louis at The Trolley Stop Bakery (super cool co-op kitchen and bakery storefront). Our snacks are ready-to-serve and packed with flavors that will have you wondering why you didn’t try them sooner. Healthier? Absolutely. Boring? Never.
